Photo booth with event branding  will be available to create memorable moments for attendees during this final social part of the event.

Registration Process for the EuroGulf Gala

  1. Submit Your Registration:
    Once you submit the registration form, we will review your details, including any additional requirements such as hotel accommodation and transportation.

  2. Review & Payment Instructions:
    Due to venue space limitations, the review process may take some time. If you’ve requested additional services (hotel and transportation), this may extend the processing period slightly. Once we’ve confirmed your spot and services, we will send you a payment link/form.

  3. Payment & Confirmation:
    After completing your payment, you will receive an official confirmation of your registration for the EuroGulf Gala. Please note that your registration is only guaranteed once payment has been received.

  4. Final Confirmation:
    Once confirmed, all your event details will be emailed to you, including any hotel or transportation arrangements, ensuring a smooth experience.

Cancellation Policy for EuroGulf Gala in Luxembourg (30.12.2024)

  1. Cancellation Deadline:

    • Cancellations made before 10th December 2024 will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
    • Cancellations made between 11th December 2024 and 20th December 2024 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 20th December 2024.

  2. Transfer of Tickets:

    • You may transfer your ticket to another person up until 20th December 2024. Please notify us via email to process the transfer.

  3. Event Cancellation:

    • If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, all attendees will receive a full refund.

  4. Exceptional Circumstances:

    • In case of force majeure events (e.g., travel bans, restrictions), the EuroGulf team will work to reschedule or provide appropriate refunds based on the situation.
