Here’s a clear breakdown of how the EuroGulf Business Traveller Membership works:
What Members Pay For:
Membership Fee (Based on the chosen tier: Basic, Intermediate, or Premium):
This fee grants access to the network and several core benefits, including:- Access to a certain number of business tours (depending on the tier).
- Discounts on additional tours beyond what’s included.
- Priority booking, networking events, and VIP invitations, depending on the tier.
- Access to consultations, workshops, and cultural programs as part of the package.
Tour-Specific Fees:
Members pay additional fees for:- The business tours they attend. The membership allows them to participate at a discounted rate, depending on the tier, but tours will still have fees to cover the organization of business meetings, networking events, site visits, etc.
- These fees typically exclude flights and accommodations unless stated otherwise in the Premium package (which may cover some complimentary stays).
Accommodation and Transportation:
- Flights and hotels are not included in the membership fee (except in some Premium packages where accommodations may be covered for certain tours).
- Members are responsible for booking and paying for their own transportation and accommodation. However, EuroGulf might provide recommended hotel partners with pre-negotiated, discounted rates, giving members the option to save on accommodation costs.

- Estimated price: 1,500 € to 1,700 € per tour
- Due to higher costs in Europe (for example, business meeting rooms and event venues), this price reflects the cost of business meeting arrangements, site visits, and events without flights and accommodation.
Asia (China, India):
- Estimated price: 1,800 AED to 2,000 AED per tour
- The price reflects organization costs for business meetings, factory visits, and local events, which are generally more affordable than in Europe.
Africa (Egypt, Morocco):
- Estimated price: 1,200 AED to 1,400 AED per tour
- Slightly higher than the Gulf region, with costs focused on arranging meetings, site visits, and transportation for business events.
North America (USA, Canada):
- Estimated price: 2,500 AED to 3,000 AED per tour
- North America tends to have higher organizational costs, especially for professional business meetings, site visits, and conference participation.
What Members Will Pay For Separately:
- Flights: Members can choose their own flights, providing flexibility based on their budget and preferences.
- Hotels: Hotel accommodations will be handled separately.
- We could also recommend a partner hotel with pre-negotiated rates (e.g., 140 € per night in Luxembourg), so members could book directly or through us, if agreed.
