What to Expect at the Discovery Meeting (Session):

Meeting place: in Hotel Lobby or Hotel Restaurant (depending from time slot reserved).

What to Expect at the Discovery Meeting (Session):

  • Introduction: “Join us for an engaging and informative session where you’ll learn about the benefits of becoming a member of the EuroGulf Network.”
  • Agenda:
    • Welcome & Introductions (10 minutes): Meet the EuroGulf team and fellow attendees.
    • Presentation (15-20 minutes): Learn about the EuroGulf Network, its services, and the opportunities available for members.
    • Q&A Session (10-15 minutes): Ask any questions you have about membership, benefits, or our upcoming activities.
    • Networking (60-120 minutes): Present your business to the group.  Connect with like-minded individuals over refreshments.
  • Closing: Information on how to join the club and upcoming events.

Networking Meal

During the networking and discovery meeting, you’re welcome to enjoy a meal at Belle Vue Restaurant (around 120AED for full buffet/per pers.) and to continue the conversation in a relaxed setting.

Please note that this is mandatory, as we need to book an appropriate location, so the cost of your meal will be at your own expense, paid upon your reservation online before this event.

  • We recommend you come with any questions about the EuroGulf Network and how we can support your growth.
  • Feel free to bring business cards or anything you’d like to share during the networking session.
