EuroGulf Services Cancellation Policy
At EuroGulf, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible service. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a cancellation is necessary. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. General Cancellation Terms
All cancellations must be requested in writing via email to [Your Contact Email].
Cancellations are only considered confirmed once you receive a written acknowledgment from EuroGulf.
2. Translation Services
If a translation project has not yet commenced, a full refund will be provided.
If the translation is already in progress, a partial refund may be granted based on the amount of work completed.
No refunds will be issued once the translation has been fully completed and delivered.
3. Event & Business Services
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled service/event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 3-6 days before the scheduled service/event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled service/event are non-refundable.
4. Membership & Subscription Services
Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime, but refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle.
Annual memberships canceled within 7 days of purchase will receive a full refund, provided no services have been used.
No refunds will be issued for partially used memberships.
5. Business Tours & Travel Packages
Cancellation policies for business tours and travel services will vary depending on the service provider and specific booking terms. Clients will be informed of the cancellation terms before booking.
Refunds for tours are subject to partner policies and administrative fees.
6. Force Majeure
EuroGulf is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or force majeure events.
In such cases, we will strive to offer alternative arrangements or credits where possible.
7. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
Transaction fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
