EuroGulf Services Cancellation Policy

At EuroGulf, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible service. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a cancellation is necessary. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. General Cancellation Terms

  • All cancellations must be requested in writing via email to [Your Contact Email].

  • Cancellations are only considered confirmed once you receive a written acknowledgment from EuroGulf.

2. Translation Services

  • If a translation project has not yet commenced, a full refund will be provided.

  • If the translation is already in progress, a partial refund may be granted based on the amount of work completed.

  • No refunds will be issued once the translation has been fully completed and delivered.

3. Event & Business Services

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled service/event will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before the scheduled service/event will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled service/event are non-refundable.

4. Membership & Subscription Services

  • Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime, but refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle.

  • Annual memberships canceled within 7 days of purchase will receive a full refund, provided no services have been used.

  • No refunds will be issued for partially used memberships.

5. Business Tours & Travel Packages

  • Cancellation policies for business tours and travel services will vary depending on the service provider and specific booking terms. Clients will be informed of the cancellation terms before booking.

  • Refunds for tours are subject to partner policies and administrative fees.

6. Force Majeure

  • EuroGulf is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or force majeure events.

  • In such cases, we will strive to offer alternative arrangements or credits where possible.

7. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

  • Transaction fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
