Terms & Conditions for EuroGulf Translation Services

1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of translation services by EuroGulf. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. EuroGulf reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

2. Service Scope
EuroGulf provides professional translation services, including certified translations, business translations, technical translations, and interpretation services. The client acknowledges that translation is subject to interpretation, and while we strive for accuracy, no translation can be an exact reproduction of the original text.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing is determined based on language pair, document complexity, and urgency.

• All payments must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed upon.

• For large projects, a deposit may be required.

• Payments are non-refundable once the translation process has started.

4. Delivery & Turnaround Time

• Standard delivery times vary based on project size and complexity.

• Expedited services may be available at an additional charge.

• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide clear, legible documents for translation.

• Any special requests (e.g., formatting, certified copies) must be communicated in advance.

• The client is responsible for reviewing the final translation and notifying us of any revisions within 3 days of delivery.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• EuroGulf ensures the confidentiality of all client documents and communications.

• We do not share, distribute, or disclose client information to third parties without prior consent.

• Our translators and staff are bound by confidentiality agreements.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

• EuroGulf is not liable for damages arising from translation errors, omissions, or misinterpretations.

• The client assumes responsibility for verifying the accuracy of the translation before submitting it for legal or official use.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

8. Revisions & Complaints

• Minor revisions are included within 3 days of delivery.

• Major changes or additional work requested by the client will incur extra charges.

• Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of the translation.

9. Force Majeure
EuroGulf shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet failures, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of  UAE and/or Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of UAE and/or Luxembourg.
